Lot Preview: Loserville
I'm working on a tiny, lightweight neighborhood. This is the outside of a lot I'm working on. Most of the houses will be much simpler and cheaper, though.
The street is called Pear Street, it has the few upscale houses in the neighborhood. I'm aiming for a range of 50K-80K, not much more. The lots are only 30x30 for ease of play. I'm planning on eventually uploading an empty world file for installing, and a populated save file with some families. This luxurious but grim gray fortress belongs to a pair of dubious Sims with dubious plans.
So far the house is pure build-mode. It took me so long to get the outdoors and the floor layout the way I want it, I haven't started furnishing yet. I love the roof though, and the tiny turret, even though it's empty. Maybe I'll make a more properly fortress-like lot for a different 'hood.
